The toilet looks good in our bathroom, and it is comfortable to use. It flushes properly with the dual flushing system. The instructions do not tell you that the water attachment uses an 1/2" connection since there is an additional filter added to the water inlet. The flushing system has failed to shut the water off completely and I expect a reply to my request on instructions how to adjust it.

I like the look of the toilet. It is a smaller size and fits in my tiny bathroom better than the one that I removed. The reason for the 3 stars, is that the instruction manual was very basic. It did not mention that an adapter was attached to the water intake, this caused the water supply line to keep slipping off while screwing it on. I even ran to the store to buy a new line which did the same thing. We finally figured out what the problem was. The toilet seat that I received was different than the one in the manual, it took forever to figure out how the attachment came off the seat. After that, the bolts were also different from the instructions. Never in my life has it taken so long to install a toilet seat. I bought the dual flushing toilet to save water, but there is no information about which side of the flusher uses less water. I emailed the company about 10 hours ago, and still haven't received an answer. Lastly the lid doesn't sit on top of the tank snuggly, so it moves around, which is really noticeable when you flush it.
