Not cordless and doesn't heat
I thought this would be nice for my loved ones carpal tunnel but it can only be used while plugged in and the heating mode is more red light therapy with a light buzzing for a massage option, it fit fine and the price wasn't too bad it's just that it doesn't heat and it's not cordless.

It's okay medium is to hot, low is barely enough heat.

I never could get it to work, as far as the vibration and heat goes. I even used a different charger thinking that the charger was bad. I should have returned it but it did fine as just a brace.
