Refreshing, make it instantly
My go-to pick for making tamarind drink at home. Short of buying it freshly made from a taqueria, this is a good and convenient alternative. A little tart, a little sweet, the flavors are balanced. It's refreshing. It dissolves well when mixed vigorously in cold water. It has a slight acidic lingering aftertaste, but the overall taste is still very good. It hits the spot.
