Klean Athlete Joint & Muscle I started out taking one capsule daily then got up to the two a day as suggested . The capsule was medium in size. I didn't have any problems swallowing the capsule. There are lots of good benefits for me, in this supplement. The tart cherry and the tamarind has lots of benefits that I am happy with. The nutrient benefits are so good, in both of them, that I want to be in a daily supplement.
My only problem is the instructions on the bottle are way too small and difficult to read, I had a hard time finding directions for taking them even using a magnifying glass. Once I got the instructions I find that this is a great supplement for me and my aging joints, I have noticed a marked reduction in the discomfort in my joints and muscles and am able to do more tasks than I did a month ago.
The Klean Athlete Joint & Muscle supplements are very nicely packaged. The container is safety sealed and the bottle contains the number of capsules stated. The package gives clear dosage instructions as well as a full ingredients list and warnings about consumption during pregnancy. The capsules have an herby, earthy aroma. The capsules are fairly large, but standard size. I would recommend taking these supplements with water so they go down easier. The capsules leave a slightly earthy, herby aftertaste in your mouth which isn't unpleasant. The capsules are all consistent and appear to be high quality. I feel confident taking this supplement. As with all supplements, it takes time to see results and I have only been using these for a couple of weeks.
These are a capsule form that are thankfully easy to swallow because they are kinda big. An adult is suppose to take two daily. There isn't much of a "taste" to them either. It's a little early yet to decide if I feel better on them but I do feel a little better.
My knees ache, and after a couple of weeks of taking these, I did feel some relief while I do my brisk walk each morning. Easy to swallow, I am on track to purchase more since I have shown some improvement.
