This post workout supplement has a nice taste to it. It has a little bit of zing or tang to the citrus flavor. There are no jitters from taking this. I like it because the ingredients are supposed to aid in muscle recovery after workouts. Take this after your workout not before.

This Klean Athlete Klean BCAA + PEAK ATP | Amino Acid Supplement comes in powder form in a tub. I scooped the recommended amount of one scoop and added it to water. It mixes together quite easily, not leaving any clumps. It dissolves fairly quickly. It says is best used 30 minutes before workout, but you can also use it during or after. I used it before. I'd say the taste isn't the best, but it's not horrible. It kind of has a slight sour/citrus taste. I feel this really helps with energy during your workout. I felt like I could work harder for longer. I also feel it helps with recovery and I've been noticing positive results with lean muscle building. I'm really happy with this product overall!!

This Klean BCAA + PEAK ATP Supplement is GMO free, and is formulated without wheat, gluten or artificial coloring which makes this a great option that could work with many fitness lifestyles. You are intended to drink this supplement 30 minutes prior to exercise but can also be consumed during and post-workout. The orange flavor is tolerable and I think this is a good option with the bonus of thoughtful features like being gluten and wheat free. I would recommend this to a friend.

I was excited to try this when I heard about it! I haven't ever considered myself unhealthy but I've never really considered myself as physically fit as I'd like to be. I lift heavy things all day at work so I thought I would squeeze in some supplements to help me along the way. I decided to try this on one of my days off in case I get an upset stomach or worse but there were no adverse affects and no jitters. It tastes just awful, like very bitter baby aspirin, but the taste doesn't linger and the faster you drink it the faster it's over. I like up mix it with Gatorade or some Pedialyte type drinks. It calls for one scoop in an 8 ounce glass of water. It dissolves very easily I'm liquids so there's no gritty powder in the bottom of the glass. I have to say I felt great after taking this for a week. I felt stronger, although I wasn't going for ripped, I felt my muscles were a lot stronger and I didn't tire as easily. The ingredients are all very good. No crazy chemicals or synthetics. I will tell you to be careful with this around pets like cats and dogs. It has xylitol, which can be very fatal to animals. Don't leave the lid off and don't set your glass down unattended. There's no information on the label about the purpose of this stuff. The description above tells me it's for muscle building, workout recovery, lean muscle, and athletic performance but there's nothing to instate that on the label anywhere. Be sure this is your goal when purchasing this. Overall I'm very pleased. Feels good, taste is easily masked and it's all natural. I'll be looking into a few of their other products and maybe even start working more on my fitness.

My son has incorporated this into his post worout routine and feel likes it helps with muscle definition and muscle recovery. The taste does require getting use to. It does have an orangey taste but still a little powdery/chalky. May just need to prepare it, mix it well, and let it set a few minutes.
