Bought these to replace a pair of channellocks I was less than fond of. These provide a much better crimp and are comparable in design to the Snap On version that cost twice as much. #sweepstakes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
heavy duty tool . should last quite a while [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started my second job as an emergency vehicle upfitter a couple years ago, and I was told I'd need to assemble a collection of my own tools. My first week, I used one of my manager's three pairs of these. After walking out of the shop with them a few time, I went and got a set of my own! Between these and the Klein flush cutters, they're the only two tools I need, and I'll probably never need to buy another pair. Don't be fooled, I'll ABSOLUTELY be buying more Klein Tools!
I've had these for about a year now and I absolutely love these. I've tried the other style of crimpers before and they just don't work, these crimp better than any other crimper and cutter is sharp. Don't waste your time with the knock offs or some other style just get these you will love them.
I've used the same one for almost 20 years now, and they work just as good as the day I bought it. Can't think of any problem I've ever had with them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wenthe through a few different crimpers before I found these and I'll never use any other kind! I highly recommend these to anyone that their job requires a lot of electrical work!
Maybe I just got a bad pair of crimpers. They do not crimp well at all in the smaller gauge wires especially 20-22. Also the cutters are not sharp enough to trim up strand for fitting into the terminal. About 3 out of 10 of my crimps on 20-22 gauge wire in the 16-22 size butt splices fail. I've tried different brand and high dollar butt splices with the same result. The insulated crimp gap in my pliers is noticeably larger than other crimpers I've seen. I had to buy another brand to finish a job today and that brand performed all of its advertised functions flawlessly and held tightly onto the wires when crimping. The Klein pliers have performed well for the larger stuff but since the cutter doesn't work and most of what I do is on smaller control wires I can't recommend these to someone else in my field
Was delivered to wrong address, I was told by Acme tools they wouldn't refund my money or replace tools. Luckily whomever its was delivered to put it in my mailbox. Told Walmart I wanted a refund but my debit card i used for the purchase has since been canceled. Called 1 800 Walmart and was told they'd give me store credit. Now I've received a email telling me they are going to refund the money back to my canceled card. Never again
