Very handy tool

This is exactly what I needed for my job. No need changing out tips or looking for the right one. It's all there.

This tool is a great idea for HVAC workers. I recently purchased one. The bits are not held securely within the clips in the handle. Some slight force is required to open the handle, which is natural, but that slight jolt is sufficient to send the bits flying out onto the ground. Also, the bits closest the base can easily push through and fall into the hollow part of the handle. This requires some effort and needle nose pliers to retrieve. I like that the shaft can be removed and used on a driver. The flip bit is tapered which is a good option. Using the flip bit on a driver is why I gave a 3-star rating instead of 2. If the price were any higher, I would be very dissatisfied. I am merely disappointed now.

Had this one for about 3 months now and it's driving me up the wall. The grip has constantly spun around the handle when you have to apply some torque to it. The bits either fall into the handle or explode out when you open, good luck finding them on a dirty floor or rock roof top. The nut driver doesn't lock in place anymore so it'll easily slide off. The concept was good but execution was terrible. Hopefully they update the design.

I love the idea and I love anything Klein, but this tool is junk. Bits always fall out of keepers and end up dumping on the ground. Always happens at the worst times too lol. My slide handle/ bit holder comes unthreaded from the shaft. The plastic piece that's supposed to keep the bits from sliding around always comes off the shaft and gets stuck in the handle. Great idea but can be a pain in the butt keeping up with bits and putting it back together just so I can do my job. Love that it's impact ready. Wish this expensive tool would've lasted more than a week.. Attached is a picture of it in pieces before I put it back together again. If you actually USE your tools then I'd hold off on buying this one until they redesign it..

Got this last week and when I was pushing the bits into the bottom of the holder it fell into the handle. Now the black ring that is supposed to stop this from happening is inside the handle rattling around. If I push the bits back in to far they also end up in the handle and I have to fish them out.

I Bought this product and within a week the magnet to hold the bits came off as well as the black plastic piece on the bottom of the handle, making sure that the bits don't fall into the handle. Now I have lost a couple of bits into the handle so the product isn't useful anymore. CHEAP plastic materials used and very poorly made! This is my first product that I have bought by Klein and will also be my last. Spend your money elsewhere!

Rubber handle slips not allowing you to tighten anything or loosen anything. Tips all fall out any time you open it. Have lost half the tips. Only thing I can use this for is on my impact to take out her head screws

I hoped that this tool would be a great way to trim down my tool pouch. Within a week the bits started falling out of the handle. The brackets no longer held them. Bits falling out every time the handle opens is too egregious of a defect to overlook.
