Klein Tools 44218 Cable Skinning Utility Knife w/Replaceable Blade

I bought this a while back and have use it religiously. It has held up to the 500 wire none stop. The blades can be changed out real quick. Would not use anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dropped my knife off a ladder on to Lower Wacker Drive in Chicago. It was run by 5 cars and a CTA bus. Only damage was the belt clip was flattened out. Fixed that with needle nose pliers Replaceable blades are spectacular.

I've been using this knife for 2 years and man oh man is it fantastic. You can replace the blades on them (this is the first time I've bought a new pack of blades) they last so long and stay super sharp. I highly recommend for anyone who uses larger wire to get one, you won't be disappointed

I bought this knife as a basic utility knife and wound up using it for everything. The blade is so sharp you can cut sheetrock, cut and strip cables, cut pulling string just off the top of my head but i really use it for everything. The shape of the knife is perfect for striping thick cables and splitting romax. This knife is now part of my essentials bag that I bring into every job with me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep this knife in my pocket everyday I am at work and absolutely love it! Very sharp out of the package and once it gets dull you can replace the blade. I like the color of the knife too, as it is easy to locate.

I bought this knife with other Electrical Supplies. I am not a Electrician. I am the Son of one and the brother of one but I have been doing a remodel at home. And thought this would be very helpful tool.It stays sharp for a while if used correctly. I am on my second knife now just because I have not yet ordered replacement blades for the knife which I am now doing. Very Satisfied with the knife and the strength of the Blade. I would strongly suggest this for someone else.

I left a review at 4 star about how it was a great knife but didn't have a thumb stud for left handed 1 hand opening. Made a couple jokes in it, nothing distasteful, and Klein removed the review. So I'm lowering it to a 2 star review in seriousness because it really is a bad knife if you're left handed, I was hoping my earlier review would get noticed and maybe they would think about addressing the left handed issue instead of just deleting it. I'll adjust my rating and review when the let me know why they deleted my last review.
