[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last month I have used this nearly every day. In the hvac world there are many tight spaces. This has gotten me out of a pinch time and time again. I plan on getting a few more to keep in other tool bags. A few co workers and friends have used mine and purchased immediately.

As soon as I saw this tool on the Shelf or rack I knew I had to help so I bought. The cool thing about this tool is that you're not limited to the five bits that they include with the wrench you can use any quarter inch Drive bit in your set, which for me is in the thousands. I've used this tool more than 10 times in the couple months I've owned it and surely will continue to in the future .

I wanted something like this for when I'm working in enclosed or tight spaces and I've got to say, it is perfect. The thumb loop makes using the ratchet with gloves really easy and helps provide additional torque when needed. I also like the 2 head sizes for 1/4 screws or nuts and 5/16 size. It also includes 5 bits, one being a socket holder for regular 1/4 inch sockets.

I've used a few magnetic close quarters ratchets, and this one is by far the best. A true life saver on jobs with tight spaces. The finger loop is perfect for speed and grip. Also, the directional switch is located for easy access, and doesn't change direction when hit on what you're working on.

I can't get any other tool into the cavity to fasten the canopy to the box, but this little tool does it! The finger hole at the end allows for use with out trying to fit your whole hand in an area.

Overall a nice tool, what you'd expect from Klein. However don't expect a magnetic bit holder because it's not, also the package says “drives hex nuts onto threaded rod of any length. Not sure what diameter they're talking about but we don't use anything less than 1/4” in the trade, usually 3/8 or 1/2”. It looks like it fits 1/8” or smaller. Something with a 5/16” but, yawn. Also I broke the magnet trying to push it down to where the bit seats. Bummer. Like I said, overall a decent Klein tool, just be clear when you say threaded rod of any length and say “1/8” threaded rod of any length” so folks like me won't buy it thinking it'll work on threaded rod.

Even you your own pictures show the short comings of this tool, #1 the 3/8 side needs to be change to 7/16 (See your picture) #2 The ring is nice but it would be even more advantages to other trades if it was 7/8 12 Point. Other trades that would be interested in this if changed, Locksmiths, Slot Technicians or anyone who Installs and services cam locks

This order took well over two months and was missing the item i ordered. The seller doesn't respond to none of my messages. I will never order from these people again.
