Klein Tools Digital Clamp Meter, AC Auto-Range TRMS, Low Impedance (LoZ), 2000 Amp

I've used several clamp meters in my time, but this is the best full function clamp meter I've ever used. The build is fantastic, and nearly indestructible. The large jaws clamp onto 4/0 cables with no problem. And with the probes, I can take measurements from power supplies, PLC, Circuit boards, and even the large capacitors. I highly recommend this meter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new electrician in the field with a bit over 2 years of work under my belt working safe and testing my work before energizing is of the upmost importance. I bought most of my tools based on the recommendation from my foreman that if i was serious about the trade klein was the only way to go. I got myself a pouch, fit it with everything klein i felt i could afford till i made more to buy thing as it came up, by far the best tool i got was the klein cl900. I use my tester almost on a daily basis to test for continuity before turned a circuit on and then checking for proper voltage and in some cases troubleshooting/fixing some of my coworkers work that dont have a multimeter yet. I am a huge fan of the ease of use simple instructions made it fast to learn all the functions and with a little research when to implement what for each task. I highly recommend this tester to all my coworkers or electrician that ask or may need one. This tester is so good i git a second one incase i lose my daily carry tester, for as long as i work in this field i will always carry klein tools and always a cl900 tester.

I bought this meter about 5 years a go an it still works great left it in my hot car many times an it still works unlike some other testers. Would love to see a dual reading version and a temp setting added to this meter.
