EXCELLENT Klein quality, perfect tool bag for main tools for CLIMBING (ladders and such) small bag helps fit in tight spaces. I'm a Commercial/Industrial electrician, SO GLAD i was able to get one of these before they discontinued!
Perfect tool bag for anything. Replaced my hvac tool bag for good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just starting my career as a electrician and I bought this pack to carry whatever gear I though I'd need from the work truck to jobsite. I'm not a big fan of tool belts so this works perfect for me. It very durable and well made, plus pockets for everything. I'd highly recommend for any worker!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a year ago. Put it through a lot of dropping and sliding. Has stood up very well I am very pleased
This is a pretty darn nice bag! I've never used a tool pack before so getting one was pretty exciting. I expected a standard backpack but the materials here are very nice. I love the glasses pouch, I keep glasses in there, could you have guessed? Also it occasionally houses connectors or CPU's if I'm transporting anything fragile. Loaded down with just about every tool I need for the day it maintains a nice 23-25 pounds, and thats with all my meters, driver kits, pliers and an 18v drill with 5ah battery. Mind you it took a little expert packing to get it zipped up without stressing the zippers but it fits perfectly now and everything is where it makes sense. I'm splicing RJ45's and taking apart security cameras at rates never before achieved by myself. I love this bag. If you need a relatively light load-out (I normally see folks with bags up towards 50 pounds) then this is the bag for you. All it lacks is a laptop sleeve and a place for my big notebook but I carry a separate laptop bag for that since I only need a laptop occasionally. Go for it. It's wonderful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With just getting into the electrical apprenticeship, I found the pouch to not hold my tools well during travel. I invested in this back pack and all my tools fit and still have plenty of room. Love the front pocket to hold a safety vest and other items and the hard pocket for safety glasses. High recommend this for all in this field
I am a boiler / refrigeration. This is a great into bag. I wish they would make a more refined version that can compare to a veto. I really like the shape and size of the bag. But again it's the touch points, zippers and stitching that I think is very weak. I have yet to have a bag fail, this is my third. My next will not be this bag though.
I bought this yesterday based on it's construction and material. It packs well, carried easy and is mostly comfortable. The only detractor I can find is that the sternum strap is much too short for an average American worker. An additional 8" on the strap or even an add on extender would get 5 stars from me.
I have had this bag for a couple of years and I love being able to carry everything I need! With the wide opening it makes it easy to access all of my tools! The hands free option of a backpack makes it easy carrying up ladders or just being able to carry other equipment in general! I love it!
This is hot garbage. All the stitching for the uppermost row of pockets on the front and back except for one came loose only 3 months in. They are now useless as tools disappear down too deep and need to be dug out with needle nose pliers. Mine is half full at most and I find it hard to zip shut without shuffling things around. Tape measure clip is too loose and it constantly comes unclipped. Chest strap is permanently stitched to the shoulder straps. This backpack is poorly made. I don't believe for a second that Klein loaded this model full and had someone actually use it for an extended period of time in the real world. The gasoline is on deck for when my Veto lands. Keep making hand tools Klein, ditch the rest.
