I really liked the fact that everything I needed for the installation was included! It works great for my application. I put it in my shop and with the app, I can turn it on 15 or 20 minutes before I go out there and the climate is already comfortable to work in.
Came on on time. Everything was there only 1 ring broke but was fixable. Installed in a house and was surprisingly heated and cooled very quickly. Very quiet don't even know it's running
So far so good!!!! The unit is doing great! Have had it for the really hot summer of Ga. And keeping my living room and kitchen nice and cool!!! Shipping was good came bundled up and wrapped good!! Definitely recommend someone who knows what they are doing with heat and air to put in! I love the swing feature as well!!
Ive installed quite a few of the mini split units for other customers but this install was for myself and I searched for the best price i could. I was a little afraid at 1st because Im a "You get what you paid for" believer. But once I unpacked it and began the install, I have to admit, I was highly impressed at the quality and all the accessories that you normally have to purchase separate. This is definitely a "Complete" kit. Anything you could think of needed comes with this unit. All I needed where my tools. When I finished and turned it on for 1st time I was amazed with it. Its super quiet and blows 48°F air almost immediately. The swing effect makes it cool the room very quickly. And the "Follow Me" setting on the remote control keep you cool no matter where you are in the room. If your looking for a complete kit at a really good deal, then look no further because this kit is for you. My father is buying 2 for his house as well.
the whole system was very well packed and palletized, everything was there for the installation the only thing I need to do was buy the two long breakers $4 at any hardware store and it works beautifully wonderfully and keeps it so cool and so efficient it really is a good deal! thank you so much.
This product comes with everything except the two 30A fuses you will have buy at Lowes or home depot. What I like about this product because it cheaper and quite at half speed.

cools my poorly insulated shop in El Paso very well . extremely quiet inside and out . price for 36k BTU unit is hard to beat. Came with a wall mount bracket that is too small for the outdoor unit. The company refunded the money for it as I decided to install the 150lb outdoor unit on the ground. Advertised as a 16ft. line set, came with 25 ft. I kept it and made it work. For this size the directions call for a wall hole of 3.54 inches , included thru the wall pipe and trim ring are only 3 inches. Typical Chinese instructions are poor, about hole location, drain tube attachment etc. Indoor unit is heavy, at 68 y.o it was difficult for me to install-not their fault but be aware. Included outdoor whip wire is 12awg I replaced it with 10awg.
