Klipsch Detroit Large Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker

I recently purchased the Detroit model. I'm extremely happy with it. It sounds great, it's plenty loud, and it feels like it is sturdy and well made. I'm looking forward to listening to the Detroit speaker when I'm grilling, golfing, in the garage, or by the pool. I would purchase this again.

I've been a Klipsch fan since my high school days in the 70's, totally dedicated to the famous Klipsch horn tweeters. When my wife and I bought a travel trailer last fall for retirement touring, I knew I needed a great sounding Bluetooth speaker for off grid and outdoor use. When I read about the Detroit, I knew it was the speaker for us. It arrived yesterday, and after an overnight charging, I set it up in our living room and outdoors. My trust in Klipsch is once again rewarded with an amazing sounding Bluetooth speaker. The highs are sharp and crisp. Voices sound natural and clear, and the bass is surprising for a portable Bluetooth unit. I'd recommend the Klipsch Detroit over any other brand. Klipsch has a real winner in the Detroit.

The speaker is quality you can expect from Klipsch. It produces a rich vibrant sound and I can forsee me using it for years. My concern is the strap. Those type of straps seem to stretch. Is it replaceable? Will it stretch?

NOT User Friendly. The speaker drops Bluetooth connection unexpectedly. Even if you are listening to the speaker and pause a song, or just go in and out of a store, you may need to reconnect it to the source.(phone) This thing is only useful if you don't pause or otherwise move away from it. Also, it shuts off way too early to (protect) the battery.
