This enclosure offers fantastic performance. Have yet to do a theater-night w/ this now-sorted 5.1 setup but so far music (real instruments and studio production) sound impeccable. Plenty of power, no wandering of double bass lines, electric bass tickles the jowls; overall a very realistic front image. Was hesitant about ordering a single sub-enclosure when there's a new woofer cone in the 121 however this TCP woofer matches my other generation of Reference and again, no wandering instrument or weak mid-bass. Running this w/ minimal EQ or DSP - Sub-Harmonic EQ & digital parametric EQ w/ very steep roll-off.
Nice bass response , really rattles the room. Sturdy and built well. Love what it brings to my movie watching.
Nothing bad so far. Still learning, I'm old school haven't had a sub since the 90s so being plugged in is new. My Onkyo is new as well and seem to take to it readily. Still playing with setting but I am impressed. Really opened up the range of my Cerwin Vegas and Pioneers more depth and color in the tracks. Vinyl and CDs, are more immersive.
Well made and works great
great product as always from Klipsch. this pairs well with my Klipsch PM 51 bookshelf speakers. quick service and delivery from Wal Mart.
The sub is spectacular. It rattles my brain when i'm listening to it and it works great with my other equipment. Can I have some free stuff.
Love this sub, has a lots of overhead power so don't need much gain, would recommend
I purchased 2ea of these good....not great subwoofers. While advertised as having a 400watt amplifier the actual 200watts RMS is half of what this 12" speaker needs to perform on par with the rest of my Klipsch Reference/Marantz home theater system.
Many "null" spots regardless of placement so far. Sounds great when you can hear it fully. The discontinued SW450 that the R120 is replacing had zero null spots anywhere in the house.
My old 12 down fire sub made by you guys went out, so I replaced it with this one. No where close. Good speaker but as I said no where close.
