I got a couple tuners but not quite happy about them. There are always guessing involved whiling tuning because the needle or the pointer never stay still at one place. Now, I need to tune my daughter's piano, and I want something that can provide me a better result. I saw the extraordinary reviews on this device. Especially, their responses to those complaints on Amazon telling me that they're taking their business seriously. I got my device fast even during the holiday weeks. I tried it on the piano and very happy with the outcome. Surprisingly, the device can pick up all the far left keys on the piano. Now, leaving me with a few far right keys to deal with. I need to start to practice to tune them by ear. Furthermore, I saw a price drop on Amazon after received my item. I sent them an email and they took care of business right away. They're just awesome!

As a street performer, studio or concert hall, this thing can do so much more. I'm hooked. And I only scratched the surface in regards to all it can do. It looks cool to. Yes, more than a metronome.
