High speed. Low drag.

Michael M June 23, 2025

Clean. Hot boost to engine. Smells good, especially when I start up my Husky in the garage and smoke it up real good!

Good stuff even for a novice

Brenda August 18, 2017

Didn't know a thing about octane booster. Got it put it in tank and did go some faster. Put in in all my four wheelers not just the one I race with and both dirt bikes since they aren't run often. Good stuff. -m-1987 HONDA TRX 250 UTILITY FOURTRAX--

Klotz Octane Booster

Jonathan May 18, 2017

I've used the Maxima Hi-Test octane booster and the Klotz Octane Booster (not the Nitro) and found the Klotz to be substantially better for two reasons: 1) oxygenation and 2) fuel stabilization. Though the Maxima Hi-Test and the Klotz Octane Booster both raise fuel octane level, the added oxygen of the Klotzs improves performance (this necessitates richer jetting to account for the additional oxygen content). The fuel stabilization also helps to make fuel deteriorate more slowly, allowing confidence of protection during winter storage (it may be useful to read the description on the bottle for further detail). You'll notice an improvement by using this with good fuel, rather than just good fuel alone. It works for two- and four-strokes. -m-2004 HONDA CR250R--

Great product

Larry August 3, 2017

No complaints here. The non ethanol fuel in my area is always 87 octane so I add some of this to prevent spark knock. Does the job. -m-2005 HONDA TRX 450R--

I use non ethanol fuel in my 1967 big block Camaro and this product has eliminated the ping and pre ignition. Very happy with Klotz octane booster! - -m-1967--

Kenneth B June 4, 2020

Works great, no complaints. Does have a slight smell of race gas when burnt. 16oz (full bottle) in 5gals of 91 octane. Raises it up to about 100octain.
