This space heater comes at a good time. Montana had a sudden cold in the past few days, Love this heater is so much quieter than the one I had. I also love the remote control that lets you adjust the temp and control when you want it to oscillate or just point in one direction.

Out of the box and plug it in.easy to learn the controls,remote controls are same as unit.My room is a bit larger than standard and has a 14foot cathedral ceiling,room heated in 15 minutes.maintains on low.

do not let the size discourage you. I wanted something to add instance heat in the living room while watching TV. Great heats up fast. lots of program options, remembers your setting as long as it is not unpluged or power goes out.
