Klymit Horizon Travel Blanket Lightweight Durable Camping Blanket, Gray

I used this in the summer in place of a sleeping bag during a rainstorm in a leaky tent in Northern Minnesota. I was surprised that I was actually too warm during the night. The blanket is light weight, but still keeps you warm. The blanket isn't going to cut it by itself during the cold seasons. It packs up small into its stuff sack, while being large enough to wrap around yourself. My girls always seem to get cold while on long car rides and this blanket has been great to have in the car for them.

I absolutely love this blanket. It is so small and light yet at the same time very warm. I keep one in my car for camping and one in my house to use as a throw or in case it gets cold at night. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a convenient and warm blanket.

I'll be honest, I bought this about a year ago and kept it in the trunk of my car and completely forgot about it. That is, until I went out camping one day and the weather took a turn for the worse. Because this blanket is made of polyester, it was great at blocking wind, and it kept me warm all throughout the night! This is definitely something I don't regret keeping in the trunk of my car for those emergency situations, and I am really glad I had this one!

Packs down small, and is fairly warm! Not as warm as some of my other blankets, but this one definitely gets the job done for the size. Great for camping, sitting around the fire, you name it.

This blanket is very light and packs down very small. I don't even notice it in my pack, but it is surprisingly large and very warm. I used it several times camping this fall as an extra layer on cold nights, or as my top cover on warmer nights. I am now keeping it in my truck over the winter as an extra bit of insurance if I need it.

Enjoying this so much that I'm finding my sleeping bag hasn't even been unpacked on a couple of trips this year . Light, warm for weight and packs small. Time will tell how it holds up but still good after a year of use.

Great blanket for extra warmth when you need it. When I first took a look at it, I was little concerned about the thickness. I was thinking no way this thing would be warm, but I was wrong. It does a good job and when my kids got cold, I would throw this on top of there sleeping bags and they were warm all night. You can really compress down pretty small and bring it with you with the bulk. I ended up buying three in total so no more battles on who gets it.

This is a nice throw blanket. I think it's about as warm as my previous light fleece blanket I used, but it doesn't snag every piece of grass or dirt like the fleece does. It keeps me pretty warm down into the 50 degrees range or adds a little extra warmth if I'm adding it to another sleep setup/jacket. It packs small enough to fit behind the seat in my truck or to throw it into a bag to bring along for picnics/stargazing. I wouldn't rely on it for my only source of staying warm/comfy at night (I'm also 6'1") but to use it as a throw blanket I have really enjoyed it.

Small lightweight and easy to take along with you. Great for picnic or outside ballgame or camping activities.

I use it as a multi purpose blanket to have in the car when needed.
