An excellent brand of sleeping pads. No needed a second one.

Recently updated to this sleeping pad, it is extremely comfortable, kept me from getting cold sleeping on the ground in the desert. Very compact, easy to inglate & deflate. Works well for side sleepers like myslef. Wish it was alittle bit more wide but is still great.

After having used this in multiple field events, I can say this is a must have for anyone tent sleeping or not. Its insulated so I don't have to worry about getting cold or wet which is nice. The only gripe I have, and it is not enough to take away a star, is the bag in stores in is so small. You have to get all the air out and fold it a certain way in hopes that it fits the first time. Other than that great product.

I can't tell you how much of my life camping I have spent sleeping without an insulator layer and this made all the difference staying comfortable and asleep. It kept me slightly warmer and didn't make too much noicse as I adjusted in the night. Easy to set up and inflate, great for anyone.

I'll start by saying this isn't the most comfortable or lightest pad on the market, but it just works. Insulation is decent, comfort is decent and it just works. I've had one of these for years and just got a second one as a backup or loaner. It's resisted punctures better than some of my nicer pads and has held up to lots of car camping abuse.

I've only gotten to use this during the summer time so haven't had a true chance to put it through the paces; however, in May we were at altitude and I didn't have a complete sleeping system for the conditions. Despite not having a bag for freezing temps, I stayed sufficiently warm to get some quality sleep that night. Definite part of my kit for the shoulder season and looking forward to putting it to a bigger challenge.

I used this for training in the field as well as hunting and camping. I personally have never had an issue with Klymit pads. I had their Recon as well but decided I needed one with some insulation value. It definitely made a difference. Took winter camping in NY and it helped improve my sleep.

I've used this klymit sleeping pad for over 50 nights of camping, and have been satisfied by the comfortable loft, the insulation abilities, and the durability of the sleeping pad, but the flippable nozzle design and nozzle cap can sometimes leak. When closing the nozzle cap, the air intake can be pushed slightly open, allowing air to leak during the night. The tri-fold design can also restrict air escaping the pad, making folding and packing the sleeping pad a bit frustrating.

R value is only 1.9. Also thought this had the flip valve for fast deflation but that's something else that comes with the improved model.

This sleeping pad was amazing at first. it packed small, blew up easily, and the ribbing on it felt amazing when you slept on it. I used it for easy camping purposes and in the field as an infantryman. It probably only has about 8-10 times of use. However, now it seeps air from the valve and loses all air withing 10 minutes. If I didn't run into this fault it would have been an easy 5 stars. It packs well, is light and more than comfortable for me at 6'3" 210lbs.
