Saw a video on TikTok using this product and had to try it for myself. I have very long and thick hair. You do not need to use a lot of product. Just rinse very well. I let my hair air dry and didn't style until the next day. I loved the results. So shiny and healthy looking. My ends didn't look frizzy or dried out. Had my 14 yr old try it on his super curly hair. The next day his curls were amazing! Like he had gotten a perm! Use this product about 3/4 times a month to help wash away all chemicals and residue on the hair. Highly recommend.

Unable to use the products. Despite being initially satisfied with my order's prompt delivery, I encountered a significant issue with the packaging. One of the items, the shampoo, was poorly sealed, resulting in spillage inside and outside the package. I promptly contacted the seller to address this concern, expressing my disappointment and seeking a resolution. However, it has been seven days since I sent my message, and I am still waiting for their response. It's extremely disheartening to encounter such a seller's lack of responsiveness, especially when it concerns product quality and customer satisfaction. Their failure to acknowledge and rectify the issue reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and quality control. As a consumer, I value transparency, accountability, and prompt resolution of issues. Unfortunately, this experience has left me profoundly unsatisfied and hesitant to patronize this seller in the future. I urge them to prioritize their customers' concerns and improve communication and response mechanisms. Overall, I cannot recommend this seller based on my recent experience. Buyers beware.
