I love the shampoo. My hair is so shiny and not frizzy. It doesn't seem to weigh my hair down even when it is humid. It still looks really good. I love it.

DO NOT purchase this item from this seller or thru Walmart. It's sold as a pair, so 1 item with 1 tracking number. Luxe Beauty never send actually fulfills your order by sending both items, but you cannot track it because the postal service has a tracking number that says your order was delivered. And there is no customer support. Walmart needs to do better.

I ordered the conditioner and shampoo set and they only sent the conditioner. They even circled “conditioner” on the packing slip, knowing they weren't sending me the shampoo and didn't bother to contact me or cancel the order. When I contacted them, they stated the shampoo was on back order and asked if I wanted a refund or 3 of their 10 oz bottles. I opted for the 3 smaller bottles. I didn't hear back or receive the bottles so I emailed again a week later, they asked me the same question and I responded I'd liked the 3 bottles again, this time they said “will do”. Again, it's been a week and I haven't received them so I asked for a tracking number, and they responded that their tracking information shows that it was delivered the day I received my conditioner without the shampoo. Customer service is horrible and they just take your money without providing a product.

I received (2) conditioners and NO shampoo. Tried to contact the seller, with no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
