My first try to oil treat my cold air intake filter in my Audi TT. There were no instructions for application with the product. But Youtube videos were helpful and rinsing out was a surprise. There was no oil that emerged during the rinse. That tells me that the oil was suspended by the filter media. And that is the right answer.

A K&N Must Have
Super sticky air filter oil for K&N filters. A lot of people trash talk K&N filters for off road use. I've been using them for years on my two and four stroke bikes and quads in sandy desert conditions and have never had an engine failure or an issue with dirt or sand bypassing the filter. Keep it clean and use the right oil on it you'll be good to go as well.

Sticky Stuff
Seems to work well I ride in a lot of dirty environments and there always seems to be a lot of dirt on the outside but not the inside of the filter. Very easy to use, pink color is a good indicator.

This is so easy to use
So I've been using K&N products for a very long time and have always been pleased with the results. The spay on filter oil just makes things really easy to do. -m-2015 POLARIS RANGER RZR 570 EPS--

Spray air filter oil
Much easier to use than pour on and squeeze type filter oil. Traps dust well and doesn't have the excess dripping. -m-2015 KAWASAKI KX250F--

Recommend, have used for over ten years, no complaints.
Does what it's supposed to do. No complaints. Use out on my K&N filter for YFZ450F exclusively ridden in sand

As far as I can tell this item works fine. The oil is a little dense though and as such its hard to spread around.
