K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: High Performance, Guaranteed to Increase Horsepower: 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si, 2.0L L4, 69-1014TS

I just installed the Typhoon (69-1014TS) on my 2008 Civic SI, and I am very impressed with the results.  The throttle response is noticebly better, and the car seems to accelerate easier and quicker than before.  The improvement in the intake sound is amazing.  Even at half throttle, there is a difference, but at full throttle the car sounds like a beast.

I just installed a Typhoon Series intake on my 2007 Honda Civic Si.  The directions were straightforward, and it took me only about 2 hours to complete.  I love the way it looks...the silver color matches my engine cover.  The sound is fantastic when the revs build, and I can feel a bump in the engine's response.  The price was good and from what I can tell so far, worth it!  This was an easy and cost effective mod that makes a great car even better.

Easy to install with moderate mechanical knowledge. Top quality fit and finish and the Honda VTEC sounds throaty and loud with this addition...almost like a poor-man's headers. The K20Z3 power plant is more responsive with more power and a looser throttle. When the manifold opens up during hard acceleration and you hit 6000-8000 r.p.m. it feels and sounds like a detuned race car on the street. Crazy improvement for little $$$.

Installed kit & road tested in less than two hours. Easy job with good instructions. Noticed increased power, and the tone of the engine sounds great. I would recommend this product.

I love this intake. It's made my car faster, better sounding and more efficient. I've never even as much as changed the oil in my car but had no problem installing the intake. The instructions were very clear.

I purchased a Typhoon intake kit for my 2008 Civic Si. If nothing more, they designed a system for a very tight engine compartment. Well thought out. In a day and age of shotty products this intake system is well made. K and N is QUALITY!!
