2012 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X 4.0L. It is very loud at high rpm. It did add hp and tq from about 3500 rpm to red line. About 4500 rpm to red line it is louder than my dual exhaust. I would suggest this to anyone. I'm looking at getting one for my wife. Very good cold air intake.
Back in July I purchased a 2008 Nissan Frontier 4.0 V6. Wow, with the K&N filter and the catback exhaust system the Tundra 5.7 has nothing on my truck. Thanks guys, this is a great product.
2015 Nissan frontier 4.0 L fits perfectly! Sounds awesome and you can tell a difference!
I bought one of these several years ago. I installed it and it sounded great. However, there was no improvement in acceleration - in fact, it got worse. I did however got a vehicle OBD error code indicating my engine was running lean. My gas mileage also got worse - about 2 MPG less. I could not find a way to change the fuel/air mixture so I removed the kit, put the OEM equipment back on and my OBD engine code cleared and acceleration improved. My altitude is about 4400 ft - don't know if that was a contribution.
