K&N Performance Cold Air Intake System: Easy Installation, Engineered to Maximize Airflow, Boost Horsepower & Torque, 77-3021KP

I own a 2004 Chevy Z71 Four Door and I had bought a SuperChip Cortex for it and it did give me some of the stuff I was looking to get out of my full size truck but just not everything. I'd heard about K and N for a while so I decided to purchase an intake system for my truck. Very easy installation and now with the added horsepower from the system and my SuperChip now I finally got what I was looking for. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! 2 Thumbs UP

I installed the K&N cold air intake in early 2013 on my 2001 Silverado 5.3L. I only drive it about 1500 miles a year. My wife was driving it 65 miles a day for a week and noticed a horse power difference and a noticable fuel milage increase. I told her that the K&N install was a great investment. It was easy to install and a true increase of power.

Thanks so much      I just installed your cold are intake and I am very impressed with the change.  I own a 2001 Silverado with the 5.3 V8.  I did get 18-19 mpg, but now I'm managing 21-22mpg.  That's incredible for a V8 4X4.  Take off is outstanding compared to previously.  Also the sound is a big improvement.  On hard take offs, (very common in my daily driving) you can actually hear it pull so much more air.  And at cruising, (90-95mph) it has a slight whistle to it.  I love it.  It is the best thing I have done for any of my vehicles.  I advise it to anyone with an engine of any type.  Thanks so much for your product.  I really do appreciate it.

04 Silverado 5.3L Awesome product, and well worth the extra $ over the other one. You want to tow a heavy load? Get K&N. Looks awesome under the hood with the chrome pipe. Very impressed the power increase, and makes a nice deep powerful sound from engine. Easy installation.

I've been running a cold air unit on my 02' Silverado 5.3 has only 65000 miles, two years now I would not look at any other way to ride. People cant believe I get a steady 19 miles to the gallon. Looking to put one on the wife's 01 LS 430!!!
