Fits on 05-07 STS!
The 2005-2007 V6 STS has the same engine and layout as the 03-07 CTS V6 (3.6L) and this CAI indeed fits! It's a bit tight getting the power steering pump mount bolt off to install the air tube bracket plus you need to move the power steering reservoir hose down a little and pull the air tube bracket up so you won't kink the hose. Otherwise this intake fits and gives a great sound and small increase in power!

2006 Cadillac CTS
Definitely have noticed an increase in fuel mileage and it's quiet but really opens up when you give it some throttle. Nice addition to an older vehicle. Easy installation as well.
