Looks great, definitely has more power in my Ford F-250 6.2 L. Installed easily. Planning on purchasing additional filter so I can always have one prepped and ready to go. So I can take my time cleaning and oiling the replaced filter. Planning a big trip with travel trailer in the summer let you know how it goes.
I installed the cold air intake on my 2015 f250 super duty with 6.2 ENG. The truck was very slow to respond from a stop. I installed the cold air intake and it was as different as day and night and I have gain about 1.5 mpg so for my money this was a great buy. I have used K&N filters in several of my auto's THANKS K&N
I love it. It has better throttle response and more mid range power. It has a nice sound at full throttle that just sounds mean. Fuel economy went up also. Due to larger tires, I can't tell you the exact amount but I would say an average of 1 mpg better. Of course I drive it a little harder now also.
Sounds good! Every one thinks I have an exhaust, but it's my cold air intake that gave my truck more get up and go!
Easy to install, everything fit perfectly and easy to understand directions. Makes a big improvement in performance. Thanks
More power -Sounds Great too. Better fuel economy. Very pleased.
The claim for more horsepower stands strong . My intention for the purchase was to gain a few more MPG. My F250 has been on both city and highway quite a bit and I have yet to see any positive effects on my MPG. A little disappointed . Overall rating stays strong though!
Just installed this a week ago in my 2014 F250 6.2. The jury is still out. I have not felt or seen a significant change in power or gas mileage. Though it gives the truck a deeper throttle sound when I give it gas.
I really can not say at this time as I have not towed my trailer since I installed the unit (77-2582KTK). I will be using the F-250 to tow the 30' 5th wheel to Florida after the first of the year. I have thought, at times, that my mileage had improved from the 15 around town, so to speak, but it has not been that constant at this point. If, I find that I do more than the 9.3 m.p.g. I got last year each way, than I would consider this a good investment.
Bought and installed this just before pulling my fifth wheel on a three hour(each way) trip. Got 1.2 mpg less than any other time pulling it and every time the throttle was on it was the sound of running a straight pipe (you couldn't have a conversation with the passenger). As soon as I got home I happily put the factory original back on.
