Couldn't ask for anything better!

I bought this a week ago and installed it so far I can feel a little more pickup haven't had it long enough to comment for fuel mileage. The way they have you install the breather hose it's kind of ridiculous no matter what we run it it still has a kink in it I feel that could've been designed a lot better, and the vacuum line they supply is a short little piece with a adapter instead of just supplying 18 inches of new vacuum line. over all it's good but could be improved

Purchased 57-9034 and checked out videos online and read the install instructions before purchase.....Was glad too....the plastic hose fitting that screws into the new intake tube is on the bottom and not on the side....this makes it a little difficult to install the intake tube and also the videos recommended not to over tighten the plastic fitting as it breaks easily....install went okay no issues.....but if K&N could relocate that hose fitting where it screws into the intake tube so it faces towards the firewall it would be a perfect upgrade and easy to install.

Overall I'm slightly happy with the product but there could be some further improvements made to make installation easier. When I first got the intake, I overtightened the PCV fitting. I ordered 2 more on but they didn't ship for a week. I called in and they shipped immediately which I was happy about but the charges were put onto me when the customer service rep said it would be no cost to upgrade shipping. Well during the install, both fitting broke at the small barb end while I was rotating the tube before clamping down. All this trouble could have easily been fixed if there was a 90 degree fitting included. So now I'll source my own fittings to make this work. Otherwise the tube looks great and everything is included in the package.

Zero noticeable difference after installing this. Not at all satisfied given the price and no difference in performance. On top of no noticeable difference, it is a poorly designed part. The air vent that comes off the main intake tube is positioned so that it smashes the vent hose down against the engine. The intake hose cannot be rotated or it won't fit on either end. I broke the first vent tube off just trying to install it because it is positioned so poorly. KN was nice enough to send me a new vent tube for free. I asked to speak to a tech to help them improve the design but the all knowing tech couldn't care less to listen to anyone that is clearly beneath him. Read the forums, this part isn't worth the money.
