Bought a performance air filter for my girls 21' Mazda CX-5 GT Turbo. No complaints, happy about the purchase. Noticeable improvement.

I just installed my first ever K&N air filter. It was a snap to install. The air filter housing is on the driver side of the vehicle. Two fasteners secure the cover. Unsnap fasteners, lift off the cover and install the replacement filter. There are "Up" instructions on the filter. The K&N filter is not as high as the OEM filter--don't worry about that. The K&N filter is robust, solid and reusable.

Happy with purchase
Bought mine for my CX-5 with the 2.5 turbo and wow what a difference. I would recommend it to anyone on the fence about purchasing one to just do it especially if you have a 4 cylinder turbo you won't regret it.

Nice upgrade
Nice upgrade for a 2021 CX-5 GTR turbo. Not as noisy as I expected, but under full throttle the noise is good to hear.

Air filter need qual
Walter is nice and like that you can reuse it just a lot of silicone bleed over into the filter it looks kind of bad but luckily you cannot see the folder that is in a box I can't believe K&N still has his issue but it's not that big of a deal just less filter space if it didn't bleed over it would have more area to breathe from but at the same time it does work

Mpg dropped after
Says it fits turbo 2021 mazda depth is about half the one it replaces , doest seem to fit right in filter box black oily stuff probaly dirt around the outside of lip under were the air comes in so probaly not getting filtered

Probably makes MAF sensor go bad
Caused the engine light to turn on in my car - I had to return to Walmart and pick up paper filters!

Bought it for my 21 Mazda 6 the filter is small than my previous one which is also a 33-3024 not good K&N!!!
