5 Star Review

Mike January 30, 2019

I've always trusted my cars to K&N, and the new 2015 Hyundai Genesis Ultimate 3.8L V6 is no exception. This vehicle, like my exiting Hyundai Azera Ultimate 3.8 has better, smoother more responsive acceleration, faster throttle response and overall sporty feel, it gets better gas mileage in all three driving modes by 1 to 3 mpg tested over a 1500 miles average without and 1500 miles average with the K&N air filter. As always, I replace my filter every 100,000 miles, and my 2008 Azera is on its second filter. I do clean them regularly for best performance and recondition them every 25,000 miles, in spite of the manufacturers recommendation for 50,000 mile intervals. Using this in combination with a full synthetic old - Penzoil Platinum Ultra being my personal favorite, I get an average of 30 mpg city and 35 mpg highway with 33 mpg combined, some 5 mpg better than without either 'upgrade'. The K&N filter pays for itself not only in four filter changes (or lack thereof) it pays for itself daily, ongoing, by saving gas mileage. As always, Your mileage will vary, but I can assure you, you WILL get at least a 3-5% boost in mileage.

High quality product

Tommy July 4, 2022

I've been using K&N air filters on both my cars for years and experienced very notable increase in performance and gas mileage. However, one should consider adding other elements such as synthetic oil, and a quality gas treatment like Lucas to bring peak performance to your vehicle(s). I am extremely pleased with K&N products and highly recommend!!!

Have been using K&N filters in all my cars for years. Saves money in the long run not having to buy new filters. With CA strict smog laws, K&N replacement filters are the next best thing to a performance intake.

Awesome air filters. Ive had a K&N Air filter in every car that I've owned. Got my latest air filter for my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. There's nothing better than K&N Air Filters. They are the BEST on the market.

Can tell the difference in throttle response and sound, stock air filter very sluggish compared to the K&N. Also appears my 13 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track has picked up an additional 1 to 3 miles per gallon.

Great replacement filter No need to change it out, just simply clean it every 50K miles or more if in dusty conditions. Can definitely feel the car breathing easier. Best bang for your buck

I love the K&N filters. This is always the first purchase I make after buying a new vehicle. Every vehicle I have has a K&N filter. Great product!
