This intake does wonders. The difference in sound is night and day. I can hear my turbo spooling up and the blow-off sounds like it's in the glove box Definitely noticed a bit of increase in power past 5k too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone wanting a bit more out of their Chevy Cruze

This intake system did exactly what was advertised. It was extremely easy and quick to install and the performance increase was instantly noticed. With this intake you do hear the turbo kick in more, and the note of the engine changes slightly. But in all honesty if you are wanting to put this cold air intake on your Cruze, you probably want the additional sound. In addition to the K&N intake I have also installed a Jet Performance, Stage 1 ECU power module. These two components seem to compliment each other very nicely.

I have a turbo and it was slow to get going. After this filter assembly made the turbo lag a lot better. Now when I pull out in traffic the lag in the turbo is almost gone. It makes driving a lot better. I would tell anyone that has a turbo to get this as soon as you can!!!

Great Product, it WORKS and is very simple to install. I am always looking to get the best milage and performance out of my wifes Chevy Cruze LTZ/RS (4-cylinder Tubro). Purchased the car new so at 2,500 miles getting 26/27 miles per gal I ordered the K&N System the first tank of gas we got 31 miles per gal now at 7,800 mile we get an average of 29 in town and (42 HWY driving @75MPH). I have K&N systems on all my vechiles - 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 HO/ 2001 F250/V10/ 2001 custome Jeep Wrangler 6 clyinder. GREAT PRODUCT and Great service.

Amazing Intake Kit from K&N! When I put this on my 2012 Chevy Cruze, I could feel that it had gained a little more acceleration than without it. The sound of this intake on my 1.4L turbo engine with 6 speed manual is just incredible. When ever you shift gears, it sounds like my car has a blow off valve. I would highly recommend this intake to anyone!

I love my new intake! I've already noticed big gains in both performance and fuel economy in the little time I have had it installed! I mainly do city driving and I have already seen around a 2 mpg increase. I can't wait to see how much of a gain I am able to make on the highway. If there is one bad side it's that it makes the car a lot louder. You are really able to hear the turbo now which is cool but it is a lot louder than I expected. Even with that being the case I'm still in love with it!

Due to the popular demand of this product it took a while to be shipped. When it arrived the installation occured immediately. A month later I saw changes in my performance. This is a wonderful add on for your Cruze. Plus, people will think you have a blow off valve.

This is my very first K&N cold air intake for any of my vehicles. I have bought K&N oil filters and panel filters in the past, but the intake systems really are where it's at for air flow. I bought this kit for my 2012 Chevrolet cruze ECO, and I can really notice a difference in performance, sound and quality. I'm very pleased with this product as I have been over the years with previous products. K&N makes excellent products. Hopefully someday soon they will make oil filters for the Cruze and Chevy Sonic as I will be buying those filters as well. I know my car is protected when I run with a K&N filter. Small but noticeable difference, especially in torque at all speeds. The sound is different than I expected. Not so much louder but the engine makes a whooshing, hissing sound at all speeds. Not a muscley sound more like air rushing. Odd and distracting but this is my first car with a turbo ('14 Cruze with 1.4L) so maybe that's just the way it is. Still, did what it said it would- more boost than I expected.
