Great shopping experience! The item arrived on time, was well packaged, and everything was exactly as described. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The KNAON Y41BT thermal printer arrived incomplete, missing essential included components: the 24V power adapter, power cord, and service card/manual. Without the adapter and power cord, the printer cannot be powered on, tested, or used. The item was sold as new but arrived incomplete and unusable.

Easy to Set Up and Prints Clearly
This label printer was very easy to set up and connect to my phone through Bluetooth. It prints shipping labels quickly and clearly, and I love that it doesn't require ink. Its compact size is perfect for my workspace and makes shipping orders so much easier. Great value for the price!
