I bought this knee scooter in preparation for surgery on my foot. This proved to be my life line which enabled me to get around our home and later to go to the Doctor's offices. It worked much better than trying to navigate on crutches. This knee scooter is very sturdy and stable. The bracket is an added bonus that I used VERY much. It is very easy to fold to place in a car. It cost more than many available but is definitely worth the extra money.
Ordered online and even though delivery was delayed (weather) we are very happy with the knee scooter. Easy to put together with all the parts and tools included; adjustable; and, easy to use.
This Hybrid knee Rover is very solid! This is a lifesaver when you have a broken ankle and have a non-weight-bearing air cast on. Saves your body getting beat up with crutches! I especially like the basket! I recommend getting a knee cushion for it. Arrived within five days. The only downside is there was no instructions how to actually use the thing and where to actually place your knee. You just have to figure this out to see what placement is best for you. There was no air in the tires when it arrived so just be aware to check them. I ordered a second one for another level in my house.
Very sturdy but the instructions were not the best!
I love this scooter, its very sturdy and i feel safe on it. 4 weeks of being non weight bearing after ankle surgery to repair ligaments and remove bone spurs and fragments. I am in week 2 and i would recommend this scooter in a heartbeat!!
Super easy to assemble, my 12 and 10 year old did it since I was laid up with my ankle surgery. Very stable and easy to maneuver!
Even at 80 its easy to get around on. It has a wide turn base and is very heavy. Takes a lot space to get around .
Rear wheel has failed after only 2 months of use.
can be hard to maneuver - not at all tight turn radius. well made, very solid construction
Would have given this product 5+ but the knee rest is a little weak. Inflated front tires to 20psi and ran the streets and sidewalks of Orlando with no problems. Really boogies along and was a dream to ride inside the Amway Center. Now if KneeRover would only upgrade the knee rest it would be the Cadillac of knee scooters.
