This scooter has saved me. I broke my knee in a fall and had an ankle replacement a month later. I could not use a knee walker because of my broken knee, so this scooter has meant freedom for me. My husband put it together quickly and easily. It's light enough for me to get in and out of the car while standing on one leg. I love it!
It's a little expensive, but ery well made. My wife broke her leg and foot and what I liked about this one is it is the only one with a seat and not just a knee rest. Even the doctors and nurses commented on it and said said they never saw one like this.
I could not have gotten through my recovery without it. I can't use a knee walker because of my knee replacements. This allowed me to sit. It rolled really well! It was a life saver.
So much more comfortable than having my knee bent!! Love it
Great product for those having knee or legs issues! I wish more companies would develop this type of knee rover scooter. Highly recommended.
was exactly what I needed. heavy duty. rolls well. the only complaint is it does only wide turns
Helped after knee surgery so much!
The Basket hits right below my knee whenever I turn. Had to pad the seat. Had to pad the spokes where your foot rests. The wheels should be larger and have treads for outdoor use. (using it in winter with the gravel and salt all over the roads and sidewalks is hard to maneuver with small smooth wheels)
Seating surface looks cushy but is actually rock hard. Storage basket hits legs when turning. Difficult to maneuver if you have any carpeted rooms in the house. Feels tippy. I would not feel safe using this autonomously in public. Transferring onto toilet felt less secure than from wheelchair. Two stars for offering an alternative to crutches and shipping quickly.
This cart damaged my tailbone. A bicycle seat is totally inappropriate. The sweeping motion required for the mobility requires a long smooth and flat seat. The bicycle seat forces the rider to impale themselves with the front of the seat and rock back on to their tailbone creating a tailbone displacement motion. I returned mine after 3 weeks and am in pain sitting due to tailbone issues. Waiting for a much better model. It's too short and a broken limb cannot be supported by it.
