The KneeRover ULTRA knee scooter is exactly as advertised. It was simple to put together, and is lightweight, but sturdy. The basket is a nice accessory and will be useful to carry papers, etc. at work. It is simple to use and gives freedom to move about quickly, unlike crutches. This is a very functional product.
Great scooter! Just what I needed after surgery and while I'm in a cast. Wish I'd been using it for the past year. Love the basket, it's just right for groceries or my purse, laptop etc. my father in law put it together in 15 minutes, no tools required. Allen wrench was included and that's all that was needed. ** It's stable bc the front wheels are set wider apart than the back wheels ** Great product, KneeRover!
This knee scooter worked perfectly for my 5 year old, and it will adjust to fit everyone in my family; just in case!
Provides perfect height and is Lightweight...and is affordable (fair priced).
Set up was a breeze. Using it as a rolling seat. Good solid feel.
I was really excited to get this for my son, who is an above-knee amputee. He doesn't use his prosthetic much while at home and gets around with the help of his walker. I thought this would be a better way to get around but he said that putting that much direct weight on his leg gave him nerve pain. His amputation wasn't that long ago so maybe in time he can try again. Good product and easy to put together, just didn't work out for him.
I rated it four (4⃣) stars due to the "foldable" feature feature is not very user friendly to fold , because it has to be broken down in order to fold. also, the break button was NOT very user friendly. The brake handle has to be squeezed very hard in order to lock the brakes. Overall, it is very easy to use because it's very light and to me, it felt very stable. Thank you!
A scooter is a must-have following non-weight bearing foot surgery. I own this one and the Knee Rover Go Hybrid. This scooter has a larger front wheelbase, making it difficult to navigate tight spaces. While its wheels are adequate for indoors, it doesn't do well on bumpy side walks. The mountain bike wheels, disc brakes and seat on much better on the Go Hybrid
It advertises as a foldable scooter, so I thought that it would be more compact for traveling. Once assembled, it is not foldable.
When I turned the scooter, the front wheel got caught in between the bars and I fell numerous times. I fell at the casino and the security cameras saw me and security ran out to see if I was okay and had me file wn incident report. i actually fell three times that evening st the casino bc i couldnt walk so I had to depend on the scooter. I did call Walmart and told them but I dhould complain to the company that made it. I broke my heal and fell on it again and that and my back got injured. So, I bought another one and it was too big for me. I had one years ago that was perfect, but I couldnt find that order to buy the same one. I would appreciate a refund. I called but this far, I dont see a refund. Thank you
