Excellent product for children to enhance their learning skills. My Grandson is always learning and continues to build new projects.

I just love how much you could do with the K'NEX, my son and I built a helicopter so many different Things that you could build these pieces can be used in so many different ways there's so many different connects your building can go as far as your imagination very vibrant colored great quality plastic yet easy enough for a five-year-old to use398 pieces 60 ways that you could build I remember playing with something like this as a kid but it just wasn't as interesting as the K'NEX you build it

My son loved these! He will still there and built things for hours! They are super easy to use to built stuff and not hard for him to take apart so he can rebuild something easy. The instructions were easy for him to follow and the box they come in is great for storage for them!

I have three children between 9 and 12 years old. They all absolutely love this building set. They have been ingenious in their creations and play with the set for hours. The only problem is that there are three of them and only one set! We definitely need to invest in other kits so they can expand their creativity and for each one to have enough pieces to complete their various projects.

I have a7 year old grandson who loves Legos. I wasn't sure if he would like these, but I was sure surprised. He built different layouts for 3 hours. Then the next day got them out as soon as he got home from school. Great set. I would definitely recommend them.

K'NEX Intermediate 60 Model Building Set - 398 parts, I assembled this new toy with my daughter of 5 years, it was for me the first time I was going to assemble any K'nex, because all my previous experience was with Legos. My first impression was that this was going to be a little more difficult to put together than old Legos, but the reality is was that they are not difficult at all, my daughter was also able to put some parts together even whet she is only 5 yrs old. Something I like about K'nex is the simplicity and the structural configuration it must build things; this is really a great toy to build cranes and structures and will be a great toy for kid that like this type of toys. The only negative aspect I found are the instructions that are not easy to understand, especially because of the isometric view the pictures. But, in general it is a very well-done toy with excellent quality that any kid will love to have to paly with.

Something we really wanted for our grandkids… After receiving it realized it was even better than we thought.

This is really the best kit if you're looking for a variety kit. I'd definitely recommend this K'nex kit.

Very difficult for a 7 year old to assemble, lots and lots of tiny pieces, however, with some help from an adult, successfully built a robot. Keep in mind if ordering for a child...

While this "398 pc Intermediate 60 Model Building set" is rated for age 7+, I would have to say, in my experience with Elementary school kids, age 10+ because this Intermediate set has some very intricate, detailed plans you must follow in order to duplicate their 15 models (Not "60 builds", as I expected from the name), and I can't see an average 7 yr old, having the patience & sitting through to complete a model with the many parts shown on a visual diagram where each part goes. Maybe, a more mature 7 yr old or gifted one that is well-focused for his/her age. It is a very nice set and is a great STEM activity for kids. I've included photos of the Contents of parts included & the list of 15 models there are visual building diagrams in the 39 page instruction manual for, along with a pic of one of the diagram pages that your child needs to use to build their model, as an example for you. The models start off easy and then get progressively more intricate. The manual has Espanol, Deutsch, Italiano, Portugues, French & Nederlands languages in the back. The visual instruction diagrams can be used by all of them. Happy Building!!
