K'NEX - Ultimate Building Set

I bought this for my 9 yr old nephew who had never heard of Knex before Xmas. Otherwise it was all Lego's. He loves it and it is so versatile he can build whatever his imagination can think of. The only HUGE problem is that there are practically no K'Nex kits in any Walmart stores, which is always the first choice location of purchase, not on-line

So first off the treasure chest was smaller than expected but still did contain a whole bunch of pieces (480 to be exact.) There is room in the box to store more of your K'NEX pieces if you have others as well, the pieces you receive will not bulge from the box like the picture above. My boys are 6 and 7 and they love being creative with the K'NEX pieces and this contained enough to keep the two of the busy for quite some time. I love that there is a sheet with 35 building ideas with step by step visual instructions. There are also unique pieces in this set that my boys haven't used before so that was neat. This set would be a great gift for any child 6 or 7 and up. I am thinking it would be a good gift for birthday parties my boys get invited to and reasonable enough to buy and keep at grandma's house! I received this product to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

By now I cannot give a full review. Is a Christmas gift untill then I will know how wonderful is it. Looks good for the creativity and development of a imagination. Others reviews that I saw, they give a good rating. I hope this gif will give a lot of time to creating.

This is a great basic set that my grandkids love to play with when at my house. Outstanding price at Walmart.

It was for my 11 years old grandson. He is into building, without needing instructions. With all the pieces he enjoys making planes etc, Had a plant built in a matter of minutes. Very Good.

Surprisingly, as expected. Nothing less, nothing more. Did take some time to arrive tho. Plan ahead.

Big box very little bag inside the photo is not even close to what you get. i could nor believe you get so little in a big box why not make it smaller like a like tiny lego box.
