Good old stone that I've used since a kid (pushing 70 now). Have tried all the other scissors, etc. sharpeners and they are "do-do". I only used the fine side for all the scissors, knives, pruning shears, and bush loppers in the house and garage. Everybody has their own way of sharpening. I just have a small cup of water next to it, drop a finger load onto the stone, and push away and to the side to the tip. Do it over with the water as needed. Everything that I sharpened can now cut you just looking at it, HA!!
