This appears to be a “Returned” Tool.
This s appears to be a return that was resent out to ME. The Tool had a small D written in felt pen on the head. The Wire Cutters had many marks from someone cutting numerous pieces of wire. I presume the D meant Defective. I doubt Knipex marks Tools with a Felt Pen. Knipex Tools are superb. Getting a returned Tool is not superb. Very disappointed in WalMart, whom are usually great.
