Knipex is the best. It just is. It's always a buy once cry once tool. To be honest though if you do price per inflation Knipex brand is actually the same price as what we used to buy craftsman brand tools like 20 years ago. What makes Knipex expensive is that they didn't cheap up and crap up their product to keep the price the same. The price just went up in the 20 years following exactly the rate of inflation. Like I said, this used to be priced the same as craftsman tools 20 years ago and we all bought that stuff without much thought. Craftsman these days is no good. Knipex is totally awesome! So that's the good part. So grab a tissue and buy it.

World's Best
A nurse recommended that I get the 7 inch (180mm) pliers for an elderly relative who has trouble opening soda bottles. I looked into it, and was so impressed, I ordered the 5-piece set that comes in a nice nylon tool roll. Made in Germany, these are The World's Best Pliers.
