I have an air purifier from this brand. I like the quality so I decided to try the heater. The plastic is white but it's easy to clean. This one has 1800W when others usual have 1500W. There are two heating modes and it's realy hot even on the first one. Adjustable height is one of the things I needed (for bedroom and during work on my PC). And of course the design is cool. The heater looks like a speaker and people who see it think it's my new audio system )

This item does not put out good heat unless you are within 3ft of it. I was 6ft away and could not feel the heat. the night light is more like a night reading light brightness

first of all I did like the easiness of ordering the heater. however it was not what I expected. I needed to heater with a thermostat in the description of this product showed that it had one however it does not. it arrived on time but the base of the heater was broken. the next day I was admitted to the hospital so I was unable to return it

Got it January 25th 2025, worked wonderful. January 28th 2025 and took my 3yr old upstairs for bedtime routine and it should have shut off by now but didn't. While we were starting the bedtime routine the heater melted from he inside out and almost started a fire. It's a good thing my nose is freaking good cause otherwise me and my child would probably be homeless by now. Would not recommend at all

Worked really well for 2 days. Then the heating element didn't heat anymore. I returned it for refund

i need to contact company heater doesnt work its only blowing cool air and i dont know hw to get in touch with company
