Knob Creek Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey, 750 ml Bottle, 50% ABV

Living in the rural Black Hills of eastern Wyoming we often order bulk fruit and veggies from an outlet that trucks in good quality produce. We bought a couple crates of peaches to put up and had a bunch left. The thought struck me to make a brandy with what was left, but then I remembered the full bottle of 7yr Knob Creek Rye I had. I mixed that bottle of Rye with a (quality) Vodka, a touch of cognac, spring water, 12 big juicy Colorado Palisade Valley peaches in a big sun tea jar and let it sit in a dark closet for two weeks. That Knob Creek Rye with the peach infusion on the rocks was quite refreshing.

Knob Creek bourbon is one of my husband's favorite. This old rye whiskey is particularly smooth, with a sweeter oak taste. It's not overly spicy or peppery. The value is there. It's a quality brand and product so well worth the median price. For 100 proof, it maintains a smooth delivery. Try it!

Rich and flavorful rye whiskey with a nice balance of spice and oak. Smooth enough to sip but will still bite ya! Reminds me of my ex wife. 5/5 would recommend.

First off I just want to say I usually get the original version but when I went to buy the original version in the store they were out. So I decided to try this one and I was very pleasantly surprised. This is very smooth, easy to drink, and a very good value for what it cost. I highly recommend knobb creek rye.

My husband enjoys the smoked maple bourbon richness of this small batch. Good in a smoked old fashioned too! Rich texture and smooth finish. He favors this as an occasional change from straight bourbon.

This Knob Creek Maple is one of my favorites. It has a wonderful sweet taste that pairs fantastically with coke and even apple cider for a great fall drink. The whiskey taste isn't too strong and goes down very smoothly, I definitely recommend this for people who like fun and sweeter whiskeys!

maybe I got a bad batch. But, this has a terrible aftertaste. It's almost a soured or rancid flavor. Both me and my brother-in-law (who is my bourbon drinking buddy) tasted the same bad flavor. I am not impressed. I had high hopes considering all of the good reviews.
