One of these cubes will salt up four cups if cook rice perfectly. And you won't be getting to much salt for the day. One cube is half the days salt. Love these cubes. Don't add much flavour to rice though just a good salting. But hey rice needs salt eh? Recommended

I often used them on my stews and even soups which could use more of a beefy taste. The cubes contain salt so I do recommend adding the cubes, tasting and adjusting salt and enjoy!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We use the Knorr Beef Bouillon Cubes to make gravy, add to soups or pasta dishes. It's quick and easy to dissolve. I much prefer the cubes over actual beef stock because you can make them in smaller volumes, whereas if you purchase a whole liter of stock, it needs to be used within 7 days. We don't use it often enough to use it up. The reason I give it four stars though is because a small box of cubes used to contain 8 cubes, but now only have 6.
