Knorr Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon, 2.1oz (60g)

Definitely a necessity to keep in the pantry! These cubes are perfect to add a little boost of flavor to any meal! I love throwing them in when I'm boiling water for pasta or potatoes!

I am a vegetarian and avoid msg which can make finding good bouillon at regular grocery stores challenging. Well, I just made my "feel better" soup with it and I was very impressed. My soup is essentially egg drop soup, so besides the the broth it contained sesame oil, Bragg's aminos (basically a better for you version of soy sauce), fresh grated ginger, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped red onion (I didn't have green). It was delicious. The broth made from this bouillon was perfect. I immediately made a second bowl and had that, too. Feeling better already. Tried to get a picture, but it was gone to quick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with Knorr Granulated Vegetable Bouillon. You can add it to diffrent recipes and it ups the level of flavor to your food. Not to mention this helps with the kids trying new things! My kids are fans of the flavor especially on rice. Just one table spoon mixed into the rice and yummy flavor not over powering or strong salty flavor. I'm going to keep trying it with diffrent recipes and as alternatives to just salt and pepper.

I was coincidently making a vegetable plate and decided to add the bouillon, to my surprise, it was the BEST decision i made this far will keep this item in my kitchen cabinet stocked, at all times.

I made him some delicious vegetable soup with these cubes as the base. It tasted delicious. I was afraid it was going to taste too earthy but it had the perfect amount of flavors. The vegetables added into the soup, only enhanced the flavors. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive always used knife bouillon in beef or chicken flavor and I must say that the vegetable favor did not disappoint! I like to use it for almost everything when cooking just make sure that you used very little salt or just avoid it. I like to use it in soups and it a must when I make rice. It has great taste and you need only a little or it will be too salty. I want to use it in a negative calorie soup and this flavor is perfect for it just add plenty of vegetables like zucchini, spinach, cabbage and kale try to use vegetables that are low in calories abounding starchy vegetables. I will start by boiling water in pot Ill add three to four tomatoes, two garlic cloves, one bunch of cilantro and 1 or two spoons of vegetable bouillon after the tomatoes are soft Ill blend them, Ill add the tomatoes back to the pot and add the rest of the vegetables at this time Ill check for seasoning and Ill add more bouillon if needed if not Ill just add fresh basil for extra flavor and aroma.

I love to keep bouillon cubes on hand cause you never know when they'll come in handy. They're easy to store and individually wrapped which makes it easy to grab and use. The tomato and vegetable flavors are an absolute must in my home. When used right they add just the right flavor but can sometimes be a bit salty.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is delicious. Ive been using Knorr bouillon for years, because my mother cooked with it. Its a little nostalgic for me. The veggie bouillon was new to me though, and the flavor is good. It does pack a punch and is easy to use. Im not crazy about the ingredients though - the first one is salt! The sodium content is 650mg, and this product contains palm oil (which some folks avoid for ethical/other reasons). This also contains sugar and caramel color, which is disappointing. The flavor is nice, but I think the veggie broth has some questionable ingredients, although it is functional in a pinch. I was sent this product for review purposes from Influenster.
