Knox Gear Vinyl Record Cleaning Kit to Reduce Static and Skips

Can't review, it arrvied incomplete

Product was received and works fine, but just like other customers mentioned, both bottles of record cleaning fluid arrived completely empty. I contacted Walmart about it, but they just referred me to the manufacturer. This seems to be a common issue if you check the reviews anywhere this product is sold.Too much hassle to solve the issue. I ended up using a DIY solution, but if you buy a product, it should arrive complete. Otherwise it feels like shady advertising.

I received product the cleaning solution bottle were empty no solution

shipping was great, but when I opened the box and removed the fluid cleaner bottles, they were empty. I didn't bother to unpack the rest of it. i just took it to the store. I ended up returning it, very disappointed, I looked forward to using it.

received the vinyl record cleaning kit, and when unpacking found that the bottles of cleaner was empty. I contacted the company first, they said to contact walmart instead of helping me. I contact walmart and they didnt hesitate to help. So for me I would by a different cleaner.

The whole set up felt like it was well built and nice- however both bottles of cleaning solution were 100% empty and didn't have a seal under the caps. I spent a few minutes rereading the instructions trying to see if they expected you to mix your own solution and eventually realized it was just a waste of time. Bummed i have to return and reorder another record cleaner kit now. I guess I'll go with the big fudge brand and hope they ship it complete.

Got two completely bone dry empty bottles of cleaning solution in the box. Highly disappointed.
