Knox Gear Vinyl Record Cleaning Kit to Reduce Static and Skips

This inexpensive, manually operated system worked well to clean up dirty records. It was able to correct mild imperfections in older vinyl. However, a purchaser would be advised to find additional lint free cloths if numerous records were being cleaned in a single session. Very easy to set up and use.

Product was received and works fine, but just like other customers mentioned, both bottles of record cleaning fluid arrived completely empty. I contacted Walmart about it, but they just referred me to the manufacturer. This seems to be a common issue if you check the reviews anywhere this product is sold.Too much hassle to solve the issue. I ended up using a DIY solution, but if you buy a product, it should arrive complete. Otherwise it feels like shady advertising.

Machine working decent but when the item arrived it came with no cleaning fluids….

shipping was great, but when I opened the box and removed the fluid cleaner bottles, they were empty. I didn't bother to unpack the rest of it. i just took it to the store. I ended up returning it, very disappointed, I looked forward to using it.

received the vinyl record cleaning kit, and when unpacking found that the bottles of cleaner was empty. I contacted the company first, they said to contact walmart instead of helping me. I contact walmart and they didnt hesitate to help. So for me I would by a different cleaner.

Got two completely bone dry empty bottles of cleaning solution in the box. Highly disappointed.

Record cleaner bottles were empty when it arrived. They weren't even damp; never filled.

ALL of the cleaning fluid had evaporated.
