My opinion has been that these testosterone boosters with ingredients like goat weed have no effect. Apparently I was wrong. After a couple weeks of taking Alpha Test, I noticed the improvement in muscle growth and libido. I also take ZMA and DHEA, helping me gain muscle strength and bulk.
