Kodiak Cakes Carb Conscious Flapjack and Waffle Mix 12 oz.

I recently got this product a few weeks ago. I'm pre-diabetic and was looking for something low carb and high fiber. This mix is awesome! Better than any recipe I have found! They have a wonderful buttermilk flavor and aren't grainy or eggy at all. Although I have to watch my carbs in moderation, these are a treat for me! Thank you Kodiak for thinking about those of us with special diet needs ❤️

We love this mix! I put two eggs in plus use Ripple milk to up the protein and it makes a perfect addition to a meal. My kids love the pancakes for breakfast and I make a ton of small ones, freeze them, and send them to daycare with the baby for a healthy snack. I am SO thankful I found Kodiak and this product in particular.

I have been using this pancake/ waffle mix for a couple of years now. The taste and texture you would not guess is low carb. While the protein content is not high, it is higher than most. In all of my pancake mixes, I like to replace approximately half of the milk with blended cottage cheese which allows a even higher protein content without changing the taste or texture. 10/10 Highly recommend! I am also like to eat mine with crunchy peanut butter, a fried egg, and maple syrup on top.

Love this pancake mix. The low carb content makes them perfect for our low-carb diet. We have tried other low-carb mixes but non have compared to these.

Recently purchased & will again. Counting my macros so this stuff offers opportunity for various recipes that fit into my macros

I was so excited to find a carb-conscious waffle, plus high protein- This mix did not disappoint, great flavor and texture!

Solid mix just really need mix-ins to make them great

Tried the buttermilk and maple for the first time. Excellent for on the go. I added some blueberries. Guys if you can tweak this a little bit more as far as sugar substitute and cut the carbs, this would be ideal for people on keto. Just throwing that out there.

My husband made these on the griddle and put sugar free syrup. They were delicious! Fluffy and hearty pancakes! Full of flavor and easy to prepare! Get you some! They will hit the spot! Sorry no pictures! I just dived right in! They tasted as good as they looked!

They aren't like the others. A bit leathery. Not very tasty.
