Oats chia seeds and pecans.. So if you don't want a thick mixture either add a bit more milk or don't eat it. I don't mind it being a bit thicker. Fills me up more. If you don't want it so thick, add a cup of milk instead of 3/4 cup milk and let it sit for at least 10 hours overnight. The problem is this is almost $4 for one pack so $4 for one breakfast. Even oats overnight brand is like $2.50. But if I can't find these and I'm multi-pack then I will buy a occasionally for like those crazy work days where I'm not going to have time to eat...

Great drinkable breakfast
I made this this morning for my mother for breakfast. It was really good. She was happy with it. And at 96 years old she's not happy with a lot of things because she really liked. She said it was a little bit weird drinking oatmeal. And the best part, he would have it again next my life easier in the morning's making breakfast. Would definitely buy it again, and I highly recommend.

One packet for too much money
I wouldn’t recommend this due to price of the item. I’m a fan of the protein oatmeal so I thought I’d try the overnight oats to switch things up. I ordered online and did not realize it was only 1 serving. I should have paid more attention when ordering so that is my fault. I’ll stick with the box of protein oatmeal due to the cost.

not worth the money spent.
Lil Rob was very confusing on when we were supposed to put it on and it was very processed tasting not too much that barbecue flavor. usually this is a good brand on any item this has been my first item in the spray that hasn't been five stars

Maple pecan oats
I was quite surprised when I didn't like the oatmeal. It tasted like old cardboard. I really liked the honey and toasted almond one that I got from the store.
