This reminds me of steel-cut oatmeal. I use a little more hot water than recommended, but I really like the flavor and quality. Do let it steep a few minutes (covered to keep warmth) for best results.
This is the best flavor! I wish all Walmarts carried it. Please put in all Walmarts, not just in wealthy neighborhoods.
My husband is diabetic and is currently dealing with a stomach virus. This oatmeal is one of the few things he can eat. The high protein is good for him and his blood sugar is better now.
Haven't tried yet but im sure its good everything arrived intact and no issues with my order
I like it because it is not overly sweet and it doesn't taste overly processed. It is also healthier than most instant oatmeal. I do microwave for around 75 seconds with a little more water. I definitely need to eat some fruit with it and/or throw a few nuts in because the calorie count is low. On the other hand, less calories can also be a good thing when you are trying to eat less calories.
I started eating this oatmeal as one option that was recommended by my dietician as a quick and easy way to get some protein in the morning. I really liked it, but I started breaking out with cystic acne which I have never had before. It took me a while to realize that it was the whey protein in this oatmeal. Apparently, some people can be sensitive and whey can cause outbreaks. Now thats not specific to this product, but I just wanted to warn people in case they don't usually consume whey protein and decide to try this. After I stopped eating this every morning, my acne went away.

1st, let me say it's delicious, but when I weighed out the packet, it said 22g instead of the 50 on the box. I'm getting half of what I paid for. I will use Quaker from now on.
This tastes almost nothing like apple cinnamon, is hardly sweet (and I'm not a big sugar person even), and the cooking instructions are way off. Cooking for 45 seconds is nowhere near enough time. The oats are still hard even after 1 min in the microwave and letting it sit for 2 more mins. I won't buy again.
