We like this faucet model, but we need to replace our old faucet. However, the item we received was a returned item. The spray head was damaged/some plastic part was broken, and the filter was missing. Unfortunately, we did not noticed that until we installed it, and the testing began. The spray head did not give out water consistently, especially when switching mode. Try to get the spray replaced with seller and Walmart to no avail. The only option available to us is to return. It is a hassle, but we have no choice. The seller should make sure it is a good item before putting it to inventory and ship to us.
